So my official date to start everything is January 1, but over these next few days I am going to get ready and start making a few changes in my diet. However, I’m not putting any hard restrictions on myself. In other words, if I still want a dessert, a chai tea latte or a coke, I’ll let myself have it. After January 1st, I’m going cold turkey with those foods/drinks. Tonight I went to the grocery store to buy a few basic foods to get myself started. A basic breakfast will be oatmeal with wheat germ, flax seed, blueberries and almond milk. I’m also going to fry 4 egg whites and 1 egg yolk. For a drink I’ll have a glass of water and a cup of black tea because I like caffeine. 😊 A snack will be an apple and almond butter or cashews and banana chips. I’ll have a snack mid morning and mid afternoon. With each snack I’ll have a glass of water. Lunch and dinner will be roasted chicken, grilled asparagus and a slice of cinnamon raisin Ezekiel Bread topped with a little almond butter or honey....
