Day 10...That was hard!

I knew that would be a tough workout, and it was. I know in a matter of a few weeks, this workout won’t seem like much, but it felt like a big jump. 



Three minutes has been the most I’ve run so far at a time, and there were 2 of those. Then 2 five minute intervals, and shorter rests between. Phew. Proud of myself for completing it. That being said, depending on how I feel, I might do this same workout this whole week to build up my endurance instead of moving on to the next in 2 more sessions. We’ll see.

Then, there were 2 more hightlights from today. For a few years now, I’ve wanted to get a new laptop, but I’ve been too overwhelmed at spending the money and doing the research. My husband reassured me that I should go ahead and do it, and I actually had the energy recently to figure out the one I wanted. I’m really happy about it.

Second, my husband and I made Beef Barbacoa in the Instapot, and OHMYWORD, was it good. (My friend, Karen, shared the recipe with me.) The whole family loved it. I’m excited that we figured out the instapot and found a new healthy recipe that we’ll make a lot, I’m sure.
