Day 7

It’s funny how people generally become more productive when they are exercising. It seems counterintuitive, like you should be drained of energy because you are exercising, but as it turns out, you wind up with more. However, maybe it’s not just the energy that you gain, it might be also the endorphins that your body generates that puts you in a more positive mood that helps you feel like you can do more. Maybe it’s because your body sleeps better when it gets exercise. Whatever it is, I’ll take it.

I just finished day 7 of exercising and eating clean. I’m very proud of myself for sticking with it. Tomorrow I weigh myself, which will be the first time since I started. I don’t want to get too caught up in the ups and downs. Hoping I’ve lost some, but I’m definitely seeing more results from this  than just losing weight. 😊
