Day 6 and Eating Clean at a Fast Food Restaurant

Today was busy. And stressful. But I’m proud of myself that despite that, I held to my diet and got my exercise in. Drove six hours round trip to drop my oldest off to college and helped move him back in to his apartment. I brought my youngest to his run with friends and took Rocky on a long walk. Then I came home and stretched, ran and did core.

I felt pretty good, all things considered. I definitely needed the run to alleviate stress, and my mood was much better afterwards. 

Oh, and I had my regular breakfast and forgot to pack snacks for the drive. However, Culver’s to the rescue. I love their chicken cashew salad and stuffed green pepper soup. Proud of myself that I didn’t cave for their butter burger and cheese curds, lol.
